Refund policy

15-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident about every Caratory purchase. Eligible jewellery may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the amount actually paid for the product.

Return eligibility

To qualify, the jewellery must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in its original saleable condition. It must be returned with the original packaging, invoice, product certificate and warranty card, where supplied. All returns are subject to inspection and authentication by Caratory.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalised, engraved, resized, made-to-order or otherwise customised jewellery, unless it is received damaged, defective or different from the confirmed order.
• Gift cards, final-sale items and any product expressly marked non-returnable.
• Jewellery that shows wear, damage, alteration, missing stones or missing documents or components after delivery.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email caratory.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +91 76780 59555 within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label so that we can review the issue.

How to request a return

1. Contact Caratory within 15 days of delivery through the details above or the Contact Us page.
2. Wait for written return authorisation and packing or pickup instructions. Please do not send jewellery without approval.
3. Pack the jewellery securely with all original documents and components. Use only the return method approved by Caratory.

A return shipping and handling charge of ₹750 will be deducted from an approved discretionary return. This charge does not apply when Caratory confirms that the item was damaged, defective or incorrect on delivery.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and passes inspection, the approved refund will equal the product amount actually paid, after adjusting for discounts, coupons, vouchers or promotional benefits used on the original order. Original shipping, expedited delivery, gift wrapping, duties, taxes already remitted and payment charges are not refundable except where required by law or where the return results from Caratory's error.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, or by bank transfer where reversal is unavailable, within 21 business days after Caratory receives and approves the return. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to credit the amount.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed after production, personalisation, sizing or dispatch has begun. If an eligible cancellation is accepted, any non-recoverable customisation or payment charges will be explained before the cancellation is completed.

Lifetime exchange and buyback
